General Shipping Information

At Corbucci Wine Boutique, every shipment is prepared directly from our winery cellar with protective packaging designed for fine wines.

We carefully select the best shipping solution depending on the destination country to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

All orders are processed within 24–72 hours.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Italy
European Union
United States
United Kingdom
Canada

For other destinations, please contact us before placing an order.


Delivery Times

Italy: 2–5 working days
European Union: 3–7 working days
United States: 2–4 weeks
United Kingdom: 1–2 weeks
Canada: 2–4 weeks

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local logistics.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and quantity.

For selected promotions or minimum order values, complimentary shipping may be offered.


Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations

For shipments outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local authorities.

However, for our international clients, we carefully prepare shipping documentation to help minimize additional costs where possible.


Important – Wine Shipping Policy

Due to international regulations, alcohol shipments may be subject to restrictions depending on the destination country.

By placing an order, the customer confirms:

  • to be of legal drinking age in their country
  • that the import of wine is permitted in their destination

Corbucci Wine Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays, customs holds, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.


Temperature & Seasonal Shipping

To preserve the quality of our wines, we may temporarily delay shipments during extreme weather conditions (especially summer months).

In some cases, temperature-controlled solutions or alternative logistics may be used.


Split Shipments

In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple deliveries to ensure faster and safer arrival (for example, glassware or accessories shipped separately).


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Damages & Claims

If your order arrives damaged:

  • please take photos immediately
  • contact us within 48 hours

We will assist you promptly with a replacement or solution.

All Corbucci wines are shipped directly from our cellar or from selected logistics hubs.

This ensures authenticity, proper storage, and access to limited allocations not available elsewhere.
