Wine Estate Refund Policy

Our wine estate is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. However, for wines and shipped packages, the following return conditions apply:

  1. Returns

    • A return request can be made within 48 hours of the order date, provided that the goods have not yet been shipped.
    • If the goods have already been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order. In this case, upon arrival of the goods, the customer must refuse the delivery or proceed, as per the regulations, with the return of the product(s) to the company.
    • The returned products must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging intact and undamaged.
  2. Refund

    • The refund will be 10% of the value of the returned product, as compensation for administrative and logistical costs.
    • If the goods have already been shipped, the 10% refund will only be issued once the order has arrived at our premises, after the return has been verified.
    • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
  3. Purchase Terms

    • By purchasing our products, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions related to returns and refunds as outlined in this policy.
    • The customer is aware that the return must be requested within 48 hours of the order (if the goods have not been shipped) and that if this deadline has passed, the customer must refuse the delivery or initiate a return, as per the policy, after receiving the order.
  4. Sale of Older Wine Vintages

    • No refund or compensation will be provided for sales of older wine vintages.
    • The buyer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with purchasing older wine vintages and understands that the condition and taste of the wine cannot be guaranteed.
    • Sales of older vintages are final and will not be subject to return or refund.
  5. Exclusions

    • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged during transport, unless insurance was selected at the time of purchase.
    • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used.
  6. Return Procedure

    • To initiate a return, the customer must contact our customer service within 48 hours of the order (if the goods have not been shipped) or, if the goods have already been shipped, they must refuse the delivery upon arrival or proceed with the return as described above.
    • Once the return is approved, the customer will receive instructions for returning the product.
  7. Refund

    • The refund will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned product at our premises and will be credited via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
    • In the case of a return of goods already shipped, the 10% refund will be issued only once the product has arrived at our premises and after the return has been verified.

By purchasing our wines and packages, the customer confirms they have read and understood the refund policy and fully accept its terms.
