GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE
Premise: validity of the General Conditions
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) govern the purchase of products made remotely and made available via the website www.corbucciwineboutique.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), in compliance with Italian regulations on distance contracts (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
This website is owned by Azienda Agricola Corbucci di Francese Paolo Corbucci, with registered office in Via Santo Pietro, Località Pancole 92, San Gimignano, registered with the Florence Business Register, VAT number 05886690485, and is dedicated to the retail sale of food and non-food products.
Azienda Agricola Corbucci complies with the regulations governing distance contracts pursuant to Articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 70/2003, as amended.
Before placing an order, the Customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions, which are made available on the Website to allow reproduction and storage.
Distance contracts concluded with Azienda Agricola Corbucci through the Website are governed by these General Conditions in compliance with Italian law. The language available for concluding the contract is Italian.
Art. 1
Subject of the contract
Azienda Agricola Corbucci sells and the Buyer purchases, through a distance sales contract via the internet, the food products selected and ordered by the Buyer from those available in the electronic catalog at the time of purchase.
The service is available exclusively for deliveries within Italy.
Once the order has been placed, Azienda Agricola Corbucci will confirm the registration of the order via an email sent to the address provided by the Buyer and/or via a web confirmation screen.
The contract is considered concluded and binding for both parties at the moment the order confirmation is sent to the Buyer.
In the event of unforeseen stock shortages due to circumstances beyond control or other causes, Azienda Agricola Corbucci undertakes to promptly inform the Buyer by email of the unavailability of the product and to refund or not charge the corresponding price.
Azienda Agricola Corbucci reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly filled orders.
Art. 2
Obligations of the Buyer
The Buyer undertakes to read and accept these General Conditions.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Buyer agrees to print and/or save these General Conditions, which they have already reviewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase process, in order to fully comply with Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments.
The Buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false and/or fictitious data during the registration process required to activate the execution of this sales agreement and related communications. Personal data and email must correspond exclusively to the Buyer and not to third parties.
The Buyer declares to be of legal age.
